- Pulse Health Screening -The
Bedford Wellness Circle was set up by Lynn
Serafinn,
another
BBW member, to help
bring practitioners and members of the public
interested in health together. At our meeting
on Monday evening, we had the cameras from the
web-based Local-news.tv come along and film us
and you can see Lynn and I being interviewed

Lynn has done an amazing job since starting the
Wellness Circle in May and it's already expanding
to other areas.

Re Jingle Bell Ball - Princes Trust
For those of you that
don’t know, I am
part of the Princes Trust events organizing team
for Bedfordshire and MK. It is our responsibility
to raise funds by organising events where the
monies raised have a direct impact on youngsters
who need help in our area. Over the next year
we will be organizing some truly amazing events
at really reasonable prices and our first is
the Jingle Bell Ball in December which will be
truly magical.
This event will be really
spectacular, a chance for the ladies to “really dress up” as
this is a black tie event, fantastic entertainment
and a real “wow” factor.
This event will go on general sale within the
next few days and I urge you to book your place.
You can attend as a party of 10 and have your
own table allocated or in smaller numbers, I
will ensure that you are seated satisfactorily.
The Park Inn are offering
a double room with breakfast at a fantastic
price of £40.00
per room. These will be allocated on a first
come first served basis and I can, once you have
confirmed your attendance, give you the appropriate
details for you to book this.

on both Chiltern Radio and Beds on Sunday who
are both sponsors of the event.
