Sue BedfordSue Bedford is a long-serving member of Bedfordshire BusinessWomen. Her business, Pulse Health Screening provides health and wellbeing services to individuals and companies, including personal health checks, a wide range of medical screening tests, and health promotion talks.

  4. What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
    Don’t give up. Persevere, and success will follow.

    Singing

    A water villa in the Maldives

    Drying up
  8. You can invite 6 famous people, dead or alive, to dinner – who would you choose and why?
    Jesus, because He always had thought-provoking stories when invited to dinner and the food and wine would never run out;
    Richard Branson, to hear about his experiences and tips of being an entrepreneur;
    Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine who rightly said over 2000 years ago that food was medicine and medicine was food, which present day medicine sadly ignores;
    Florence Nightingale, because it was a book about her that inspired me to become a nurse;
    Mahatma Gandhi, because the normal dinner conversation of putting the world to rights would be full of his wonderfully, insightful quotations; and
    Phillip Day, not as famous as the others, but a health researcher, writer and speaker with a wealth of knowledge about healthy living.
