Getting to know – Jennie Bayliss

In order to get to know the Bedfordshire BusinessWomen members better, we have been asking them 10 probing questions because it is always useful as business women to find out what biscuits they prefer, whether they are morning people, and who their ideal dinner guests are.

Jennie Bayliss, Office WingsIn our second investigative post featuring the organisers of Thursday’s network “A Walk on the Wild Side”, Jennie Bayliss from Office Wings reveals some interesting personal ambitions. (You can read Diane Butler’s answers here.)

  1. What is the best party / event you’ve ever attended?
Oh gosh, this is really hard to answer. Most of my life is a bit of a blur but in the last 12 months it has to be Michael Buble in concert – front row seats with my mum which was amazing!
  2. Ice cream or ice lolly?
Absolutely ice cream – Mr Whippy, vanilla, chocolate, mint-chocolate, strawberry, raspberry ripple – with a flake and sauce please.
  3. What is your favourite party game?
Adult – anything involving alcohol. Children – sleeping lions
  4. Sunrise or sunset?
Sunset – with a bottle of wine
  5. What was your first job?
Working in an old people’s home on a weekend – helping out, cleaning and making cups of tea – loved it!
  6. Dancing or singing?
Singing – I am a potential X-Factor contestant of the future (seriously, this is an ambition of mine).
  7. What is your dream holiday destination?
    Maldives
  8. World Cup or Wimbledon?
    Definitely World Cup.
  9. You can invite 6 famous people, dead or alive, to dinner – who would you choose and why?
Richard Branson – I might need some business advice
    Oprah Winfrey – truly inspirational
    Prince Harry – potential son-in-law???
Michael Buble – I just love him
Ricky Gervais – I love him too (especially as Derek)
Simon Cowell – yes, I love him as well
  10. To dunk or not to dunk?
    Dunk!
