Bedfordshire Business Women was founded in 1988 as a not-for-profit network organisation. Now established for 23 years we have the longest running and most successful women’s networking group throughout Bedfordshire. Our membership price is inexpensive at an annual cost of only £80 and will give you lasting benefits for 365 days a year.
Every year money raised by the group is donated to the President’s choice of charity. Most businesses have now identified that building a rapport with new contacts and word of mouth recommendation is by far the most effective way to gain new business.
We hold our monthly networking business lunches on every third Thursday of the month and include four major networking events throughout the year. They include: our prestigious Bedfordshire Business Women Awards, to salute women who do well in business, held in November; International Women’s Day in February; Man Day (a chance to invite our male business clients along) in May and the Pimms on the Lawn in July.
All major events are very well attended for building your professional profile and meeting new contacts. At a typical meeting we commence with networking and swapping of business cards, you’ll be given the opportunity to talk about and showcase your business and create new business introductions.
