Bedfordshire BusinessWomen (BBW) was founded in 1988 and I am delighted to be President for the 25th Anniversary year.
We are a not-for-profit award winning networking organisation for women who live and/or have business interests in Bedfordshire. Any money generated is donated to the charity of the year – this year we’re supporting The Road Victims Trust, a local charity providing support to the victims of road traffic accidents.
The secret to our success is our informality; our promotion of inclusivity which enables similar businesses to collaborate with great success; our passion to provide a support mechanism for women in business, including networking opportunities and social events; and the sharing of good practice, practical advice and tips in a friendly and welcoming environment.
